How to Apply: Submit a completed application and supporting documentation to your local county tax assessor-collector office.

All printed plate applications must be mailed to the address referenced on your form (either your local County Tax Assessor-Collector office or the TxDMV). The address of the TxDMV and your local Tax office can be found by clicking here.
